Summary

I have worked in the industrial setting for going on 7 years. I have worked close beside all levels of industrial supervisors. Knowledge in industrial fire suppression and prevention systems. Also to provide security to facility which included security round of the perimeter, checking doors and entryways, checking identification at the main gate check in, issuing temporary badges for deliveries and meetings, monitoring video surveillance cameras, and playing safety video for new entry clients or visitors. Over the past year (Aug. 2015-SEPT. 2016) I have started work at Chicago Bridge and Iron. There I started as a rigger which included material handling of small to large pipe. I advanced in positions to crane operator, tacker and finally to Safety Orientation Manager. I now teach weekly classes to all new hires, subcontractors, clients, and transfers from other CB and I facilities. Also, I perform safety inspections all over CB and I Beaumont location and maintain the scheduling of all safety class that are to be taught for the location. I teach all safety classes for CB and I Beaumont with the exception of two, due to certifications that I am currently working on. I am now currently a Emergency resuce technition (ERT)/ safety facilitator for Zachry Group at the BPEX project in Beaumont Texas. Throughout this ocupation I have gained experience in new construction safety work and furthered my experiance as a ERT in the industrial setting.
