- In charge of the maintenance and repair of a fleet of truck mounted concrete pumps, heavy-duty and smaller pickup trucks, and small engine concrete equipment. I also take care of fabricating work including but not limited to; making brackets, 1 off parts, production parts, metal repair, structural and aesthetic, cutting and welding and body work sandblasting, prepping and painting. I am involved in purchasing and sales of parts as well.
- Full service of specialized construction equipment (truck mounted concrete pumps) and fleet of smaller trucks and small engine equipment. D&M is the northeast territory Dealer for Putzmeister concrete equipment.
- Truck work: Complete overhauls; in-frame engine rebuilds. Full brake jobs from the air-systems to hard parts. Transmission repairs, clutch work, driveline repairs and replacing suspension components. Full re-wiring truck electrical systems. I also Rebuilt a truck to put under a newer pump system.
- I was the second person in the USA (according to putzmeister)to successfully retrofit a newer proportional boom control (electric over hydraulic) system to an older pump system. It was not yet available as a kit but only as a hand full of parts that I had to figure out how to mate the two technologies together. I also had to mount and plumb the system on the truck in a serviceable manner. With pictures and information from myself and the other tech, Putzmeister now has this setup available as a full bolt on kit. The kit is available to any customer looking to update and older pump that still works well other than it's outdated boom controls.
- Since D&M is a dealership I also work on many pumps that do not belong to them. I have traveled out of state to repair these machines. Putzmeister often refers customers to D&M even those outside our territory for service issues they are having. They also refer service questions to me if a customer needs phone assistance and a Putzmeister tech is unable or unavailable to help
