  • Sales leader for a national sales team and responsible for low and high energy radiopharmaceutical products and devices, contributing to $110 million in annual revenue and 85% OPM
  • Led our sales team in achieving sales quotas greater than 100% to plan in 4 straight quarters
  • Responsible for managing and leading a cross-functional team of front-line sales Account Management and Strategic Directors that manage radiology, radiopharmacy, nuclear medicine, cardiology and nuclear cardiology relationships

  • Built out the sales team and executed a plan to assist the team in increasing revenue 25%, from $98M in 2021 to $110M by Q4 2024

  • Aligned with multiple partnership pharmacies, which helped create standardization and allowed our clients to achieve their desired goals of eliminating costs, increasing access, and maintaining/improving quality.
  • Started and led a weekly leadership operational meeting with the goal of aligning several functions within the organization, and drove accountability that helped eliminate 'status quo' behavior and contributed to $400K in faster revenue collections.
