As a Crew Member for AMC theaters, I have been deployed at multiple positions which include greeting incoming customers, operating sale registers at concessions and box office, maintaining theater cleanliness as a theater usher, as well as preparing hot food and managing orders in the back bar area.

I have learned various skills while working at each position, each mainly dealing with customer service. These skills include:

• Working well under management and supervision
• Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and organized workspace
• Providing exceptional and friendly customer service in fast-paced situations
• Collaborating with team members, aiding to improve work efficiency
