  • Rod Yard, Use forklift to load coils on prep pads. Use a overhead crane to pick up coils and move them to their H Frames. Once loaded take a welder and weld the pieces of wire together for next stage.
  • CAZ uses appropriate dies to draw down the wire to the correct diameter.
  • Work on machine to change dies for changeovers
  • Pull up the wire to the capstans fixing and adjusting as needed, including welding the wires at certain points.
  • Take samples of wire in Quality Control Lab to confirm wire meets specification.
  • Tag and implement into the MES system.
  • ISC Lines taking the wire loading them onto the AIA for welding and preparing the spools to be welded for further running of wire,
  • Running wire thru the furnace to set up the quenched. Running wire thru plating process and followed up thru the MF to the final process.
  • Take Up Spooling to each respective coil. Fixing everything from the front to back of half products department.
