Waco Exchange integrates advanced features such as real-time data updates using Socket.IO, QR code scanning, and PDF handling with tools like react-pdf and react-qr-scanner. This platform showcases diverse services including auctions, local businesses, raffles, and much more.
Full-Stack Development Expertise: Utilizing ReactJS and Next.js for dynamic, server-side rendered applications with MongoDB as the primary database for storing and managing platform data. Integrated payment systems with Stripe API facilitate secure and seamless transactions. Real-time interactions are powered by Socket.IO, enabling responsive and interactive user experiences.
Technological Innovations: Successfully implemented map-based features using Mapbox-GL for location-based services and interactive maps. Also leveraged Cloudinary for image handling, with real-time image manipulation and optimization for fast loading times. Utilized advanced drag-and-drop interfaces with @dnd-kit to enhance user interactivity.
