•Distribute sterile syringes and other safer injection equipment
•Complete confidential intakes for new and returning participants and track necessary data on supplies, overdoses, and other services utilized or offered
•Conduct initial and ongoing training and/or coaching to Behavior Technicians (BTs). Utilize Behavioral Skills Training to communicate with staff including providing feedback to trainees and diffusing potential conflict.

•Collaborate with supervisor to develop proposal for new Peer Mentorship program that conducts ongoing RBT competency checks; and utilizes Motivational Interviewing, Maslach Burnout Inventory & ACT Matrix.
•Provide direct client care in one-on-one and group settings
•Follow behavior reduction and behavioral skill acquisition protocols
•Collect and record data based on client behavior
•Develop and maintain peer-relationships focused on helping new Behavior Technicians acclimate and smoothly transition into their role
