Primary responsibilities are to lead the staff and congregation to fulfill its mission through preaching, equipping and developing other leaders. Leading with vision, focus, accountability, encouragement and culture creation.

  • Recruit, train and develop serve team members for various ministries and leadership positions at the Campus.
  • Provide Pastoral care through visitation for shut-ins, people in the hospital and others.
  • Lead monthly elder meetings.
  • Run weekly staff meetings.
