As “Lead Electrician “ for H R Electric has various responsibilities, such as daily customer service and dealing directly with home owners and general contractors. I’m able to negotiate legal binding contracts, and financial contracts.

Also as “Lead” I am also responsible for identifying strengths in employees and also weaknesses. Install and terminate all electrical branches inside and outside of residential homes, and commercial buildings, new, and existing structures.

I am responsible for multiple employees, and hours that are performed on the job, and performance.

My job assignment as a “Driver” would be to maintain professionalism and provide reliable transportation for warehouse products, and also pharmaceuticals.

In the process of being a “Driver” would also include me performing vehicle inspections, maintain and practice safe driving rules and regulations, load and unload Cargo vans and box trucks.

My assignment as “Team Lead” required me to monitor General Motors assembly lines daily processes and progress. Also as “Team Lead” I was in control of conflict management, and identifying individuals strengths.

Things included in daily processes that I would be responsible recording attendance of fellow line associates, correspond with skilled tradesmen, to ensure that machines, and robots ran sufficiently.

As “ Team Lead” I was also required to obtain, and sustain my fork lift certification.
