  • Managed a team of 20 Associates with roles varying from Inventory Specialist, Return Processors, and replens Associates who helped accomplish multiple projects that improved inventory accuracy, improved the return process, and improved the overall flow of inventory through entire warehouse.
  • Devised a solution to improve bin integrity and location errors by directing my team to complete monthly aisle audits on top of normal cycle count process helping to improve bin accuracy from 63% to 74% in 5 months.
  • Did a slotting project by doing a inventory analysis on item velocity that revamped our stock on hand to 10-day supply in main building. This reduced the amount of daily truck loads transfers from offsite to main building saving the company $500,000 dollars.
