With a strong foundation in construction, I developed a passion for attention to detail, teamwork, and hard work during my high school years. My interest in accounting grew as I took classes in high school, further fueling my desire to pursue this field. Welding, although a temporary endeavor before leaving for boot camp, instilled in me the values of hard work, safety compliance, attention to detail, and organization. Serving in the military further enhanced my skills in attention to detail, honesty, respect, organization, leadership, and working under pressure. Upon leaving the military, my medical training and knowledge didn't directly translate to civilian life, leaving me unsure of my next steps. During this time, I worked at Healthline Medical Equipment but struggled with a sense of purpose and dealt with injuries from my time in the military. As a result, there is a gap in my professional work history as I focused on finding purpose and healing from my wounds. However, I recently completed my degree in February and am now highly motivated and ready to join the workforce to build a successful career.
