This position allowed me to further my leadership ability and develop a full view of organizational excellence as it empowered me to oversee the Human Resources, Facility Maintenance, Compliance, and Recruiting departments, and develop a wide range of sales leaders across 7 states.


Responsibilities and essential duties:

  • Lead weekly meetings with every Department and Regional sales Leader to analyze our trends, identify opportunities for process improvement, and implement strategies to achieve our long-term visions
  • Lead weekly virtual meeting for the sales management team to share best practices, skill build, and deliver high quality utilization of the tools at our disposal
