Preventive maintenance including: Greasing equiptment and bearings on machinery, cleaning ink jets on print lines, replacing gears and ink heads on printlines, cleaning or replacing filters for the chiller, repairing any damages to any machinery, taking work orders and communication via Tablet for any repair, making sure me and my co workers did all of this in accordance of OSHA regulations and safely. Stair step and rail installer on new construction. Familiar with all hoisting and rigging techniques, with tower crane or chain fall. Familiar with steel cutting techniques with angle grinders, sawzall, metal skill saw, oxygen/ sedaline cutting torch, portaband, ect. fimiliar hammer drill and core drilling, and anchoring fasteners. Fimiliar with SMAW welding 7014 7018 rods

Licensed to remove asbestos. Removal of asbestos safley, pope insulation, mastic floor tiles, ceiling tiles, ect. Set up containments with filtration. Demolition and implosion of structures through excavation machinery or dynamite. Ran a rockdrill drilling holes in concrete columns and elevator shafts to load dynamite for implosion. fimiliar with post tention and safe implosion and demolition techniques.
