Throughout high school, I maintained a GPA above 3.7 and graduated with high honors. I was a four-year varsity soccer player and served as team captain for one of those years. Additionally, I participated in track for three years, placing at the conference level during two seasons.
I was an active member of the high school marching band for four years, where I played center snare drum and served as drumline captain for two years. During my leadership, our percussion section earned two “Best Percussion” awards at the state competition in Whitewater, WI—accounting for two of the three total awards the school has received in its history.
