I have been working in kitchens since I can remember. My father has worked in the food industry all of his life so it was more of a family business to me growing up. From the age of 12 I was helping my father prepare and serve food for various caterings that he would do for his job. I got my first real kitchen job at 16 at a local pizzeria/ steakhouse and from there I just blossomed. I have now 10 plus years of kitchen knowledge not just back of house but front of house as well. I am passionate and driven and have a natural ability to bring people together and make strong teams that work well together in a caring and compassionate environment. Well Versed in the Wood fire Pizza game. Im an exceptional when it comes to making dough for breads and pizza. My strong suit is when I am doing something i love and helping others in the process
