I have worked for 13 years in a variety of customer service-related positions. I am a person who is committed to my work. I follow policies and procedures that maintain the company's standards. I constantly look for ways to increase productivity while decreasing errors and expenses. I am detail-oriented and very quick to learn new tasks and skills. I enjoy setting and reaching my goals to progress in life constantly.

I have been recognized by many of my peers at Quest Diagnostics and MGH. I am someone others come to when they have questions and feel they respect me for my knowledge about tests and policies. Through our hand hygiene program, I worked with infection control at MGH to reduce hospital-acquired infections.

I delivered presentations on phlebotomy for Marion High School's Career Development Program. I set up and ran health fairs at community events for MGH that represented the hospital and laboratory.
