I have worked as front desk clerk at Planet Fitness as well as an entrance greeter at Universal. I have experience using my customer service skills in my previous jobs, using the experience I have, I gain a better understanding of how things should be done and always aim to leverage customer communications, conflict resolution, and customer satisfaction. I am a very fast learner and very good with being dependent on myself if needed. While working on academic, extracurricular projects, and sports, I have developed interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills, which will be an asset to your company. I am very big on customer service, and it has been one of my more exciting and most liked jobs.
