  • Supported all sales team members to drive growth and development. Rode with them in the field to help build relationships and also train in any areas I saw they needed to work on.
  • Daily call sessions with my commercial consultant to help support him and generate new leads for him.
  • Listened in and helped coach my inside sales specialist to overcome objectives so that she could set us apart in such a brief interaction and close the sale over the phone.
  • Responsible for weekly and monthly vehicle inspections to ensure that vehicles were kept in order and up to company standards.
  • Filled in for territories when understaffed and/or when someone was on vacation or sick so that opportunities to gain new business were not missed.
  • Answered incoming phone calls for live pest control leads when my specialist was on lunch, from 5:00 to 10:00 after hours, and all day on Saturday. I would present and proposed over the phone, close the sale, and then collect payment information and schedule the work to be done. Also, I would schedule an inspection for our residential inspectors to go out at the sames time and perform termite inspection looking for any other sales opportunities that could benefit the customer.
  • Called customers daily that had submitted a survey and gave us less than 9 out of 10. 8-7 I thanked them for their score and asked what we could be doing to get a 9 or a 10. Often they would resubmit the survey giving a higher score.
  • 0-6 were huge concerns and treated as such. I would listen, understand, and find a way to resolve the issue. Often this meant showing that we cared and had a department manager go to the property. Very rarely was a credit or money-back offered as a solution, and often we were able to satisfy the customer as a team.
  • Created individual budgets for the sales team based off of our office budget and held them accountable to them.
  • Helped the pest control complete their routes when they were understaffed by running a route.
  • Helped the termite department with installs, monitoring bait stations, and performing annual inspections. Also helped with WDO reports when needed.
  • Led the state as a district in sales in 2020 YTD and 2019.
