As a side-hustle, while I was primarily caring for my sons as a stay-at-home dad, I roasted and packaged coffee in my shop at home. While grappling with the challenges of entrepreneurship, I had to cope with the restrictions and limitations of operating under the Texas Cottage Foods Law. At the time, all sales had to be via word of mouth.

Part time private investigator. Conducted surveillance operations, resulting in the collection of crucial evidence for various cases. Greg also hired me to assist in several mold inspection cases.
