Cross Country, Track and Field, Archery

I ran cross country starting in middle school. We trained five days a weeks after school as well as having meets during the week and the weekends.

My second year I became captain. I lead all the warm up exercises and made sure my teammates followed the proper techniques.

I was in archery for 2 years and didn't have any experience in the sport but I was patient and learned the form and how to work on the bow, I also leaned how to fix simple issues wrong with the bow. My first year the coaches put me in the top four of the group.

I was on Track and Field for two years. I became captain the first year during middle school. During our meets the high school high coach showed interest in my abilities to perform almost all the events and my leadership skills. I started training with the high school early. My two main events were the 800 meter run and long jump. I excelled at these two events and lead my team in points every meet.
