As someone who has worked in a range of different jobs I have been exposed to many different situations and have learned to handle many different tasks. I Have worked customer service jobs where I learned the importance of team work as well as being able to handle my own tasks, I have learned to keep an open mind and always try to help customers to the best of my ability and then some. While at Verizon / Amcomm Wireless, I utilized interpersonal skills to grow a large customer base which helped achieve #1 salesmen in the company, the leader of highest gross profit and the opportunity to travel in order to train new hires as well as develop tenured agents who required a boost in sales / productivity. I have also worked as a Deckhand on a commercial lobster boat where I learned how to work quickly and efficiently while making sure that my environment was safe and clean. During my last employment, I started as a customer service representative handling inbound calls but quickly became promoted to trainer, supervisor, on site manager, regional manager all the way to Remote Global Account Manager. This showcases my strong work ethic and provided the opportunity to learn how to completely run a 500+ employee team while ensuring all quality, goals, payroll, etc. was met and exceeded on time or in advance. All of my work experiences have prepared and molded me to be able to adapt to any task or objective, making me confident that I can not only learn but exceed at any new role / title I take on.
