  • Supervises & Takes the lead on in resolving complex system issues, partnering w/Reg’l App Coordinators, when appropriate, & tracking to ensure issue is resolved.
  • Handles the majority of the system/workflow issues, escalating very little to higher levels of expertise.
  • Tracks root causes of complex issues & transfers this knowledge to other KP HealthConnect team members.

  • Responsible for training, coaching, mentoring and issue resolution to KP Health Connect users, which are comprised of all SCAL physicians, managers, and clinical, technical and clerical staff.
