Started As an Entry Level Staff/Advisor At Redwood Teen Challenge Faith Based Recovery Program which Help Teens And Adults who deal with life-controlling issues I taught Job skills ,as well as taught recovery classes and went out in the Community with our Clients to participate in various community service projects such as landscaping for seniors . After 3 years i was promoted to Program Director and have been in that position since 2016 until now . As a Director my responsibilities are to oversee our 30 to 40 clients that are in the program as well as 6 employees that work under me i help encourage and promote Good Godly Character within the organization by leading recovery groups and Group counseling to identify issues and root problems that have Led our clients to there addictions. I also organize Various Fundraising and Community service projects throughout the year.
