Summary

With 12 years of experience at Cerner/Oracle Health, I have enjoyed building customer relations while also managing complex projects. I guided client HIM staffs through software upgrades and testing in the Upgrade Center. Additionally, I prepared the organization for the implementation of ICD-10. As the team lead for the HIM ProFile solution, I mentored and trained new associates, and was also an Upgrade Center liaison for the HIM High council. I took on a more techinical role and found the opportunity to join the Revenue Cycle Monitoring team as an Integration Architect, I collaborated with solution experts to implement system checks for proper build and provide monitoring services for Revenue Cycle clients. My preventative measures and processes allowed for a smooth end to end Revenue Cycle experience for hospital systems. Over the course of my time in Revenue Cycle Monitoring we were able to save hospital systems millions of dollars in lost revenue. After my time with RCM I moved back into a more client facing role with the Regulatory team and now excel in implementing regulatory projects and building strong client relationships.
