When I was 17 and finishing highschool, a few of my classmates and I participated in a nation-wide CNC machining competition and finishing 3rd place in the country. This is one of my proudest accomplishments, our somewhat small school, compared to others, was going against 3 to 4 year colleges with access to much more expensive machinery and opportunities than us, but with our amazing teamwork and persistence, we made it.
