JOSHUA MASTERS

I am a self-motivated, dedicated employee of Continental looking to utilize my skills and experience to positively impact the company, while experiencing personal growth. I am looking to continue growing a career within Continental by becoming a manager within the Lincoln production plant. I am a quick learner, who works well with others at all levels in the organization. I am also interested in and willing to take courses to increase many skills in order to assist in more career advancements. A few accomplishment's include, starting as an hourly clerk and moving up to scheduler, and handling many of the manager responsibilities for the Long V department due to a manager shortage in 2018. From there I moved to fill a position as the interim receiving department supervisor for just over 2 years. Including managing all shipping and receiving staff along with 14 union employees. I'm an organized and dependable candidate, great at multitasking and keeping a positive attitude in stressful situations, and always willing to take on added responsibilities to meet team goals.
