General Manager's Award also 2 gold coins

I showed the company of MOST my dedication, willingness to learn, work ethic, dedication to safety, also being a highly respected person on the safety committee, and making sure the task at hand is done efficiently and as safe as possible. I have showed my potential as a very dependable asset. I was recognized by the General Manager, Plant Manager, Production Foreman, and the Assistant Production Foreman. That is why I achieved the General Manager's.


  The first gold coin I received by Assistant Production Foreman Dan Napier, for going above and beyond my duties of group leader by making sure production was getting out the door, everybody was doing their jobs safely, and also doing all of this being short staffed and while running both night shifts.


  The second gold coin I received was from our EHS Specialist Adam Smith for taking control of a situation were a team member had past out and was unresponsive, I was very quick to grab the AED and have that all setup ready to go while on the phone with EMT and do to the very quick response of myself and EMT's the team member returned to work just a few days later.
