• Create and Maintain spread sheets to track Fleet Maintenance costs, Fuel cost, average mile per gallon for each individual truck, daily tonnage, hours worked, analysis for the Click and Haul program, Yearly analysis for average maintenance cost per mile for our side loaders, average monthly maintenance cost for our Front loader and lightning loaders
• Review billing for our monthly fleet maintenance cost to check accurate billing and see hoe much time is being spent on all of the repairs made
• I work directly with the fleet shop every day to coordinate daily repairs that need to be made as well as big projects that have to get done. To ensure that we don't have to many trucks down at one time and not overwhelming The Fleet shop with demanding to many things get worked on at one time
• I worked with David Carson and the Fleet Shop to set up our inventory list of every thing that needs to be kept in stock at all times and what the Min/Max should be on each item and continue to work with the shop to make adjustments to the numbers when needed
• I work directly with outside venders to coordinate getting repairs done in a timely manor
• Create truck spec sheets to send out to companies to bid on our trucks as well as make changes to existing spec sheets for new trucks we are ordering.
• Compare new arriving trucks to our spec sheet to ensure the trucks are built to our specs
• meet drivers out on their routes to diagnose and make minor repairs to their trucks so they don't need to bring their tucks in to have the shop fix them
• I along with 2 other Supervisors oversee the daily operations of of 15 trash and recycle curb side routes, 2 Click and haul routes 1 Front Load Recycle route that empties our drop off recycle bins and one field service rep who repairs and replaces damaged containers. we have a total of 22 equipment operators of which 7 report directly to me
• drive through routes to ensure quality of work as well as coordinate with the other supervisors and drivers to send help to routes that may be running behind to ensure all routes ar completed on time and reducing over time worked
• Create the daily schedule and route assignments
• Create and resolve tickets in CIS

I work with the supervisors on the daily morning operations such as organizing Click N Haul Tickets, resolving tickets from the previous day, assigning late collections to drivers and lead the morning meetings. I fill in for supervisors in their absence, update reports, map out new routes as well as work with management on various projects. I work to diagnose mechanical malfunctions on equipment, make minor repairs and work with the fleet shop to coordinate other repairs.

I sit in on oral boards for new hire interviews, conduct practical pre-trip inspections and driving tests during the interview process. I train new employees on equipment and general office duties. I conduct follow up rides to monitor their progress and work with supervisors to help identify employee strengths and areas they struggle with. I coach employees to help them improve their technical and leadership skills as well as help employees resolve issues that come up with other employees.

I’ve followed up on and resolved customer service issues and assisted in accident investigations. I’m also responsible for the daily trash and recycle collection. I was the team lead for the recycle team for 2 years coordinating and monitoring the other drivers to ensure all recycle routes were completed efficiently and safely. I helped coordinate Bulk Item pick up for 3 Years. I work the Saturday tree branch drop offs, on-site and off-site Chemical and Electronic waste round up events and fill in for customer service as needed.

Trash and recycle collection, filled in open routes for absentee employees, sequenced and updated routes, helped managers hand out daily route assignments, trained new employees.
