Enforce standard conditions of supervision stipulated by statute, as well as special conditions imposed by the court or sentencing authority. Including victim restitution, substance abuse and/or mental health treatment programs, and other sanctions or restrictions. Monitor offenders through field contacts at their residence, employment sites, and other locations in the community. Conduct investigations, including Pre-Sentence Investigations, other state investigations, and violation reports. Make appropriate referrals to assist the offender with resources available to them and to assist them in successfully completing their terms of supervision. Testify in court and parole hearings.
Supervision of inmates and inmate activity in detention facilities. Provides care and correctional treatment of inmates. Manages inmate holding areas. Ensures that inmates remain in custody. Transports and escorts inmates within secured areas according to relevant laws, policies, and procedures. Contributes to the maintenance of institution security. Performs searches on inmates and visitors. Checks mail for contraband, such as weapons or drugs. Prepares incident reports and other documentation. Enforces rules and regulations governing facility security, inmate conduct, and inmate accountability. Conducts accurate headcounts. Inventories inmates' personal property and issues receipts. Break up physical confrontations and protect inmates and fellow officers from harm. Provides emergency assistance as needed, including but not limited to CPR, first aid, escape of inmates, and evacuation procedures.
Responsible for operating vehicle safely and in accordance with Florida traffic laws and promptly delivering packages to customers.
Receive and store inventory, prepare orders for customers, pack orders, and load boxes for shipment.
Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner. Follow communication scripts when handling different topics. Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives. Seize opportunities to up sell products when they arise. Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile. Keep records of all conversations in our call center database.
