  • Designed and developed Taxi before Final Weights Computer Based Training used all aspect of ADDIE model which impacted 4500 737 and 787 pilots and helped to improve departure and arrival times, fuel savings, and overall customer experience

  • Reviewed published materials and recommends revision changes and maintains all records and files of work and revisions
  • Designed, developed, and Implemented Leadership training for Captains to improve performance and productivity for Captains Development course and Flying the Line including Command Resource Management (CRM) and Threat and Error Management
