During my time here I oversaw a team of 15 employees. My job included speaking over the phone with customers confirming bookings as well as planning events and adjusting details within their bookings. I also hosted events, catered to whatever serving needs and supervised their children while it was time to play. My job also entailed opening and closing procedures where I completed tasks in a checklist. As for supervising workers I assigned each employee with a task everyday where they can remain productive.
