Conducted 570 visual inspections for Axiall Refinery in Deer Park, TX as the only visual inspector on site. Previously performed 570 visual inspections at LHR, LyondellBasell Refinery off-site piping program or outside battery limits (OBL), including CUI. Supervised Spring and Fall turnarounds at LHR, managing all related duties to ensure compliance and safety. Performed NDE methods during inspections.
