- Conducting comprehensive assessments and providing critical care interventions, including assessing neurological status, fluid balance, and hemodynamic stability, while collaborating with the healthcare team to adjust treatment plans as needed.

- Assisting in managing labor and delivery processes by monitoring fetal heart rates, documenting maternal progress, and supporting delivery procedures, including providing hands-on help during childbirth and postpartum care.
- Provides compassionate support and education to expectant mothers and their families, including explaining labor processes, assisting with pain management techniques, and offering guidance on newborn care.

- Provides therapeutic support and interventions by facilitating group and individual therapy sessions, implementing coping strategies, and assisting patients with daily living activities while ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
