Very adept with the updating and troubleshooting aspects of technology. Have used DOS prompt, automatic updating, key registry, USB/CD rom, VMWare, administrative rights, as well as other methods to guarantee functionality of PC's.
Has worked on multiple rewiring missions (Stow, Greenville, Rickenbacker, McConnelsville) with the 1137th SIG CO, leading to a broader understanding of the overall scope regarding PC's, networking and infrastructure.
