Owner and operator of JCustomLands Outdoor Living and JCustom Deck and Patio. My daily roles include Initial and closing sales, project management, design, estimating, client relations, employee and contractor communications and management. I have extensive experience in both on site construction skills, and crew management. I am self motivated, as both sales leader and project management are my sole responsibility for both companies. I have experience with hand sketch and computer design, as well as google and web development knowledge.

My projects range from simple landscape/hardscape design and install, attached additions and patios, structural steel and timber building, and pool and pond design and installation. I have a network of former employees and subcontractors at my disposal as well as 1099 employees currently under my employ. I have a repeatable estimating, invoicing, and job management system in place. I currently have cleared 1.5-2M in sales each year as the only sales associate in the company. I have an actively managed website and development team. I am able to sell, design, manage, and when needed, perform construction, troubleshooting, and skilled trades across the industry of outdoor living construction, including pool specialties. I consider my problem solving and communication skills to be paramount in the success of every aspect of my job.
