  • I managed a network of plumbing contractors in MD, DE, and DC with over 58,000 dispatches in 2022. More than 90% of these dispatches have gone to preferred contractors.

  • Main areas of focus are to coach my contractors to offer superb quality to our customers and to meet budgets while doing so. My overall quality score is at a 4.46 for the final four months and an overall cost per dispatch of $209.
  • Other areas of focus are recruiting contractors in areas of need, getting emergency calls in the hands of the correct contractors in a timely manner to ensure the customer's issue is resolved in accordance with guidelines.

  • Manage all operations of the Carroll Country Club, including, but not limited to, bar/restaurant operations, pro-shop sales, and member relations.
  • Manage six full-time employees, along with 25 seasonal help, during the busy months.
  • Handle all payroll, gratuities, and bonus structure for employees, also making schedules to keep the separate areas staffed during slow times and large events.
  • I managed $750,000 annual revenue, while maintaining budgets in each area
  • Worked on cutting costs where I could, by finding subscriptions not being used anymore and canceling them. Cutting staff where applicable.
  • Also found that food minimums were mishandled before I arrived, leading to lost revenue.
  • I found that a lot of memberships were being mishandled, which led to not charging the member.
  • I worked a lot with Excel and Word docs, along with Teesnap, our POS system.
  • Managed large golf tournaments with 150+ players, had to reserve extra rental carts, then stage and direct the tournaments
  • Handle all scoring and prize awards after the tournament.

  • Transitioned to the states of Michigan and Indiana with close to 25,000 work orders a year to leave more time to help manage the Streem Pilot and roll out in the appliance trade.
  • While starting up the Streem pilot, David Quandt entrusted me with being the lead on the Streem Ambassador Team.
  • We were responsible for bringing on and training the contractors who were to utilize Streem in their day-to-day operations.
  • We conducted several Streem Training Webinars with 100+ contractors to make sure they were all hearing the same message
  • We worked with other Field Managers to ensure the contractor's usage of Streem and successfully implemented Streem into their daily business model.
  • All while overcoming contractor and customer adoption issues, it became successful with us averaging a 40% Streem usage in the appliance trade.
  • During the month of December, I had a transition to new markets, and I was managing DFW Appliance and the states of MI and IN while still leading the Streem initiative.

  • Promoted to Field Manager of Dallas/Fort Worth Markets, and thereby entrusted with the responsibility of the 63,000 annual work orders in this region.
  • Manage an 18 million dollar network, including quality and cycle times of 85 contractors.
  • I reduced cost per call in my network from $278 in 2018 to $268 for a total savings of over $400,000
  • I improved my quality average from 4.30 in 2018 to 4.42 and improved my cycle time from 13 days to 11 days to enhance the overall customer experience. This was the biggest drop in the Appliance Trade.
  • All while building relationships with these contractors, so they are willing to work with me to accomplish common goals.

  • In addition to the duties of the Shipping Supervisor position, I am responsible for coordinating the direction of various departments and supervisors to ensure full alignment and achieve on-time goals for truck departures.
  • In this position, I was also the middle person for the other supervisors. I would try to handle most issues in the warehouse before going to the manager.
  • I would also handle all staffing needs of my department, with the fluctuation of summer production, I'd have to add summer temporary hires.

  • Rerouting of conveyor lines, which included reviewing bids and determination of award.
