-Maintaining chipper knives, saw blades, profiler segments, planer knives

-Making sure I am ahead of production schedule weekly by preparing the proper blade packs for what we will be running during the week, for example, 2×4, 2×6, 2×8, 2×10, 2×12

-Proper spacing on shafts so that the log of wood will be cut to a particular dimensions

-Repairing sawblades for missing teeth, installing new teeth and sharpening to be put back into inventory

-Trouble shooting understanding what to look for in the wood so I knoe what to change and when.
