Received the very first employee of the quarter in the history of the whole company.

We`d built a team of younger men up and coming into the workplace and I had been asked to develop them inside the department at the time. Since beforehand we was having a pretty large turnover rate. So the ones that had been working closely felt they could say thank you for everything when this award was announced it would be started. In my honest opinion I was doing the right thing for the gentlemen seeking guidance as well as the greater good of the company too.
