- Generate four to eight week look aheads to plan the work and adjust accordingly due to site conditions
- Perform weekly schedule updates to track progress and current labor costs
- Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure they are on schedule and understand their scope of work
- Work closely with owner to keep them informed of any needed upcoming outages and coordinate any operation impacts
- Perform field measurements for material ordering ( ie. structural components, ductile Iron pipe)
- Generate piping models for material takeoff/field installation
- Process change orders, RFI's, submittals, cost proposals
