• Conducted regular meetings with staff, one on one and as a team, to review performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.

• Tracked performance metrics such as on-time delivery rate, lead time, cost per unit shipped, identifying areas for improvement where necessary. Reduction in distribution P&L by 19% through various process and procedure implementations.
• Collaborated with customers (sales force and business leaders) to resolve any disputes or complaints related to order fulfillment or returns processing.
• Negotiated contracts with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing on materials and services. Specifically freight and packaging materials.
• Implemented off site 3PL during peak sales months to ensure customer service SLA's.
• Initiated process improvements aimed at increasing productivity while reducing waste. (Zone slotting, nesting, and segmentation rational)
