These duties include, walking inspections with city/county agencies, scheduling trades back to complete tasks on their work. Framing of houses, the installation of windows and exterior doors, water proofing and flashing, water abatement, fencing, cleaning and maintaining a safe and productive work environment, and various other extra duties that take place in the building of custom homes.
