Due to my clinical background, it is my responsibility to assist and manage dozens of sales representatives in selling Mindray ultrasound. I also assist and manage regional distributors in ultrasound sales and help them grow their business. In 2023, I grew catalog distribution by 118% and helped grow my regional distributors by 103% from the previous year. I continue to mentor our clinical application specialists in cardiovascular ultrasound and help them be more successful in demos and installs. I continually test and suggest ways to make our ultrasound systems better, and report this to our research and development team.
