Primary Responsibilities:
1. Leadership & Supervision:
- Lead and manage team of associates to ensure smooth daily operations. Train, mentor, and coach team members to maintain high standards of customer service and performance. Delegate tasks effectively and ensure staff accountability.
- Operational Management: Oversee car wash operations, ensuring equipment is functioning properly. Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the facility at all times.
3. Performance & Goals:
- Monitor and achieve sales and performance goals, including upselling services. Analyze operational metrics and implement improvements where needed.
4. Safety & Compliance:
- Enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for employees and customers. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
5. Customer Experience:
- Greet customers and assist with service selection. Build and maintain relationships with regular customers, fostering loyalty.
6. Maintenance:
- Perform or oversee routine maintenance of car wash equipment. Notify management of any major repairs needed.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and communication skills. Experience in a fast-paced customer service or management role. Mechanical aptitude for handling car wash equipment is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
