At my time with Handy Essentials, I was responsible for a wide variety of tasks and duties in an ever-changing work environment.
Serving as both a laborer and electrician's helper to a general contractor with high standards and a special focus on conscientiousness, it was a must that I displayed a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and adapt that I am very grateful to have experienced.

I often engaged with a wide variety of customers in their own homes, learning how to really listen and understand what their unique visions were for their projects and how we could find creative solutions to make those dreams a reality.

Welcomed guests on arrival, displaying professional and friendly approach.
I've found this training to transfer invaluably into general people skills.
One of the most valuable skills I refined at my time with Cheyenne Mountain was an ability to mitigate a frustrated or outright irate customer.
Conflict resolution was a must and I prided myself on my ability to frequently leave customers who initially came to me upset with a smile by the time they checked out.
