Dura Patch Crew: maintain Dura Patcher, check-lights, gauges, pressures, temperatures, fluid levels, compressor, engine, air tank, fuel tanks, oil tank. Dura Patch operator.

Pothole Patching Crew: patcher, driver, maintain hot box, check lights, tire pressures, temperature, loading, unloading, cleaning, fueling.

Delineating Crew: repair or replace reflectors on poles, guard rails or obstructions on the roadway or in ditches, set or pull posts.

Answer phone calls from customers.

Set up appointments to meet with customers.

Meet with customers to discuss how I can help them solve any of their construction project needs with our services.

Project estimator: measuring properly to determine the amount of materials needed for a job along with the amount of man hours it will take to complete the job. Submit formal project proposal.

Sign contract with customers.

Order materials for jobs.

Set up schedule and time lines for jobs.

Set up any equipment rental or sub contracting work needed for job.

Perform any construction work needed: roofing, soffit, fascia, windows, wrapping any woodwork with brake, carpentry work, small additions, concrete work, dirt or excavation work with tractor, mini excavator, skid steer or backhoe.

Hauling materials to and from job sites with trailers, hauling waste to dump with dump trailer, hauling dirt or aggregate.

Maintain all vehicles, trailers and equipment.

Landscaping and lawn care.

Perform any services associated with tree and brush trimming or removal including sawing, chipping, bucket truck operating, skid steer operator, and stump grinding.
