interviewing, advising of their rights, obtaining statements, and detaining or apprehending violators.

- Serves as a restricted area entry sentry providing surveillance for sensitive, restricted, and limited

access areas; Ensures that only authorized personnel, vehicles, and equipment are permitted in these areas.

- Detects and eliminates threats to the restricted area, and detains and apprehends violators;

immediately responds to incidents involving security breaches, potential threats to persons or installation

facilities and property, alarms in restricted areas, etc.

- Provides other responding personnel with an assessment of the situation and background

information as required.

- Operated radio and telephone communication equipment during normal and emergency operations;

Ensure all officers and dispatchers gather all necessary information on calls.
