Maintain mens caseload, establish positive trusting rapport with clients and their families, develop treatment plans

Meet with clients for individual case management groups, family sessions

Conduct psychoeducational groups, individual sessions, family sessions, group therapy and other groups

Works in collaboration with 28 Day Residential department and medical staff to deliver responsive care to a diverse community of adults in treatment for substance use disorders. Responsibilities include:

· Facilitation of individual and group therapy, psycho-educational classes;

· Assessment and treatment planning; Crisis intervention;

· Care coordination and aftercare planning; Completion of clinical documentation.

MHT on Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU). Responsible for supplying:

- Direct patient care

- Promoting and maintaining a therapeutic milieu

- Observing behavioral changes on a daily basis to build working relationships and trust.

- Worked 3/2014-5/2017 - Returned 5/2018-8/2019

- Assessed and worked with clients with variety of different issues, discussing their emotional, mental and/or lifestyle concerns.

- Co-led psycho-social groups 

- Researched various disorders, current treatments and therapies

- MHT in Day Treatment (IOP/PHP) 

- Worked with adolescents and kids ages 5-18

- Direct patient care which included deescalating patients and building relationships
