Travel to different terminals scheduled for calibration.
Set up trailer containing 1000gal and 200gal tank provers, level and connect skully to safely ground.
Set up and connect various hoses and fittings, including vape recovery hose, 6" or 3" pump-off hose from tank to correct valve, depending on product to be displaced (Diesel, Premium, Blend, Ethanol, etc.) from calibrated proving tank after each run.
Connect product arm to tank prover and start run till complete. Take measurement reading from prover and calculate in cubic inches. If needed after two runs change meter factor in load face to calibrate as needed to correct gain or loss.
Transfer all written data to laptop in Excell format.
Break down and disconnect equipment and walk off lines to properly dispose of any product left inside of lines. Place back on trailer each and all tools in there right place of storage. Strap down and secure hoses and lines to ensure for safe travel.
Experience calibrating and proving master meters.
Water Injection Technician

Travel to different oil facilities across US. Completed variety of safety courses, and classes to obtain certificates required to work onsite.
Once onsite set up mobile lab and all equipment, connect water hoses and valves, refill chemicals for water measuring equipment (Carl Fisher/KAM) and set titrate to ready said equipment for tests.
Start test by injecting known amount of water into oil line for known amount of time. Stop water at designated time set, and allow determined time for water to clear through pipeline. Take sample jar and inject .01 ml into KAM to determine weather or not test fails or passes reasonable variants for individual facilities system.
Maintain well-organized system, note inventory, and repair actions for necessary maintenance work.
Drive work vehicle, trailer/mobile lab back to Oklahoma to park until next Job
