Work gap is due to Multiple Sclerosis diagnosis in 2008, due to symptoms I was placed on disability and I was only able to work part time with my jobs from 2008- present. I have changed my treatment / medications and greatly reduced my symptoms giving me the opportunity to reenter the workforce.
