· Assist in the execution of Meet and Greets for high profile artists - retrieving pre-purchase list, checking in fans and providing proper wristbands/credentials, informing fans of check-in times and imperative details regarding artists and security to ensure swift and smooth implementation.

· Manage merchandise for tour including multiple artists (i.e. High School Reunion Tour with Snoop Dogg, Wiz Khalifa, Too $hort, Warren G and Lady of Rage- managing merchandise for artists, communicate with artist's agents, analyze sales and communicate with merchandise company to maintain stock of merch, and perform settlements with venues at the end of the night).

• Analyze current and past event sales to assist in determining future marketing strategies.
• Communicate with VIP Membership holders and Seasonal Pass holders to exchange, upgrade, renew and purchase tickets.
• Train and motivate box office and operation staff to maximize ticket sales and facilitate distribution of information regarding shows and performances.
• Utilize Eventbrite to create online events, run reports, share ticket sales with superiors and artist management.
• Understand artist contract terminology and transfer details to event ensuring proper fulfillment.
